Currently, the prompt and document translation features do not match the actual user experience. I found that the prompt feature is not hidden and must be entered directly into the chat box. This doesn’t feel like a true prompt feature, since you have to enter the prompt every time you ask a question, which is very unreasonable. The PDF document translation feature should not be named as such. In reality, its functionality is more similar to document chat. For PDF files containing both images and text, the document translator only returns the translated text, rather than reporting on images or the text layout of PDF files. There is no line break function in the software; on the mobile web version, pressing Enter directly sends the message, which is also unreasonable. In an office environment, although the software requires email verification for account deletion after logging in, there is no original email verification function when changing the account’s email—only password verification is needed. This is problematic since many browsers can autofill the account and password, making the account deletion and password recovery features meaningless. This raises concerns for us when purchasing a software membership plan. On the mobile web version, the list displaying application credit assessments is disordered and incomplete, which should also be fixed. It is often impossible to log in under the Chinese network environment, requiring additional VPN services, which brings great inconvenience to Chinese users. On the mobile web version, uploaded asset documents always show as "uploading" but then get stuck and do not proceed. This problem has not been fixed for several days. Does the current membership plan support deleting team members? If not, team members cannot be changed, which is also a significant issue.
