Favorites/Pin Feature for Conversation Management

I would like to propose the addition of a "Favorites"/"Pin" feature for managing conversations in the multi AI chat interface. This functionality should allow to mark specific conversations as favorites/pinned on top, enabling to access important discussions quickly and easily.

The current drop down list of conversations in AI Chat can end up being difficult to manage.
It would be nice to be able to set a topic to be able to group different AI Chat conversations. For example, set a topic, then every "new chat" will be on visible within that topic.
Move chat threads from one topic to another would also be nice.
