At present, the prompt and document translation functions do not match the actual user experience.
- I found that this prompt feature is not hidden but entered directly into the chat box, which doesn’t feel like a prompt feature at all. Having to enter the prompt each time a question is asked is unreasonable.
- The "PDF document translation" function is not aptly named. In reality, it is more like a document conversation feature. For PDF documents containing images and text, the document translator only supports returning the translated text and does not support returning a PDF file with images and formatted text.
- The software does not have a line break function. On the mobile web version, pressing Enter directly sends the message, which is also unreasonable.
- After logging in at the office, although the software has email verification for account deletion, changing the account email has no verification from the original email, only password verification. This is not reasonable, as many browsers auto-fill accounts and passwords. This results in the account deletion and password reset features being rendered meaningless, and causes greater concerns when purchasing membership plan services.
- On the mobile website, the list display for feature application credit assessments is disordered and incomplete, which should be fixed as well.
- In China, it is often impossible to log in to the service, and the use of VPN services is additionally required, causing significant inconvenience to Chinese users.
- On the mobile web, uploaded asset documents are always shown as "uploading" and then get stuck there. This issue has not been fixed for several days.
- Is it currently possible to delete or manage team members in the membership plan's team function? I saw comments from other users that teams cannot be deleted. If members also cannot be removed or managed, team members cannot be changed, which is also a serious problem.
- I would also like to ask: Do team members have access to all the membership features of the main account?
