Great idea! Especially for agency owners. Selling user seats plus charging for the main account would be awesome. If this could be set up to use the API and let us white label it, matching our company colors in the pages, with a client login for corporate accounts, we could add this AI program/SaaS as a monthly revenue share. Maybe a 65/35% split as a white label product.
With a 55-60% net margin, it wouldn't add much overhead for you with a 35-40% total gross share. If the numbers can work with the appropriate wholesale white label cost for us, leaving us with at least a 70% gross margin on our share it would be well worth it if your numbers can work.
We could use the API to incorporate it into client stacks or add a subnet address on their intranet or public site for corporate login.
The possibility of yearly or one-time license costs for the service and each seat would make it perfect with our logos and company colors in it and on the corporate login page we can set up for our clients to add their logos and colors, it should be easy to sell at the right price point.
If you have any response, additional questions, or want to follow up further about the details, I'd even be willing to take a contract position on as the agency sales and support manager etc, and work with your project manager or ops director.
